Supplement labels follow FDA formatting rules, but understanding what each section actually tells you requires some knowledge most consumers lack.
The Supplement Facts panel shows nutrients per serving, not per unit. If the serving size is 2 gummies and the bottle has 30, you have 15 servings, not 30. SodaPeak is 1 gummy per serving, so each bottle provides a full 30-day supply.
In the Other Ingredients section, components are listed in descending order by weight. The first ingredient is the most abundant. This tells you what the bulk of the product actually is.
Percentage of the recommended daily intake. 100% means one serving provides the full recommended amount. Over 100% is common for water-soluble vitamins (B12, C) because excess is excreted. For fat-soluble vitamins (D3), staying near recommended levels is important.
Labels do not tell you bioavailability, ingredient sourcing quality or whether the dose matches clinical research. That information requires reading beyond the label.
